Larry Barton I like it. Solid, discreet, at times surprising, cool jazz. An online musical collaboration is not necessarily an easy thing to pull off for four musicians who haven't physically played together before. Not impossible, just more difficult than "sitting in" on a jam session. These guys did this quite handily. Favorite track: Blacktop.

Dann Chinn @ Misfit City Remember how fake and tacky much of that gear-heavy '80s jazz fusion sounded?... like a drink made entirely from food colouring? Well, imagine what it might have been like if they'd got it right, instead... It might have sounded like this. Favorite track: Dexter.

Steve Lawson an internet supergroup - Trip Wamsley, Neil Alexander, Rob Michael, all collaborating under the watchful eye of Allen Wentz. Quality fusion goodness. Favorite track: Dexter.

about

A collaboration of wonderful musicians from around the country. The quality of ideas, performance and restraint displayed with virtually no direction absolutely blew me away. Its as if we were indeed all cosmically connected. And so the full realizations of these compositions has been completed. Thank you Trip, Neil and Rob. And a special thanks to Linda Palmer for the awesome graphics! (please click info on the individual tracks to see some of the work she did for this project)
